Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued, minus the processing fee incurred by Arkham Con, if Arkham Con is able to resell your ticket before September 21, 2026. No refunds will be issued after September 21, 2026.
Requests should be sent to arkhamcommunitycon@gmail.com, and should contain your name, ticket number, the email address used to purchase the ticket, and date of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days after Arkham Con confirms your ticket has been resold for us to process the refund, as well as additional time for the payment processors to complete the refund.
Transferring Tickets
You may transfer a ticket you have purchased to another person through Tito, our ticket sales platform. Follow Tito’s instructions to reassign your ticket; the new ticketholder will receive an email prompting them to fill out the necessary information.
If it’s close to the date of the con and the option to reassign is unavailable, this may mean that we have already printed con badges and locked the tickets from changes. If this is the case, please contact arkhamcommunitycon@gmail.com regarding your transfer. Note that a preprinted badge is not guaranteed at this point and transfer recipients may require handwritten badges.
